A new round of recruitment of Scientific Officers* has commenced (7 September 2018). This time, Eunice (Miss Eunice Lee, Scientific Officer), a host of our weather programme, will introduce you the work of a Scientific Officer at the Observatory.

* A Scientific Officer is mainly deployed on performing weather forecasting duties, supervising and training staff and carrying out research in connection with the provision of services in areas including weather, climate, seismology, radioactivity, hydrometeorology, physical oceanography, aviation meteorology, marine meteorology and applied meteorology, etc.
