The Hong Kong Observatory enhanced its digital weather forecast service today (23 December) by adding golf courses and water sports centres as the reference places.  This will help the public access more easily the weather forecasts of their regions of concern and better plan their activities in advance.

Besides these two new categories, user can select places from other categories such as country park, peak, beach or tourist attraction.  The Digital Weather Forecast webpage can be accessed at http://www.hko.gov.hk/dfs/indexe.htm.
