When Mangkhut hit Hong Kong this September, hurricane force winds were recorded at Waglan Island earlier than most other parts of the territory. Some of the facilities on the island have been damaged by the strong winds and big waves. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" will take you to this "outpost for typhoon" at the southeast of Hong Kong to see the situation.
