The Observatory holds a management forum every month, with prominent speakers and professionals from different sectors to share their insight and experience with Observatory colleagues.

The speaker this October was Mr LI Kam-wah, Eddie, Senior Clinical Psychologist of the Hong Kong Police Force.  On the subject of stress management, Mr Li elaborated on the responsibility on the part of the corporation as well as the individual. 

It was a most stimulating and thought-provoking talk, with tremendous response from the floor during the Q&A session.
