The Observatory holds a management forum every month, with prominent speakers and professionals from different sectors to share their insight and experience with Observatory colleagues.
The speaker this February was Mr Raymond Wing-kee FUNG, a multi-talented architect, designer and artist. Mr Fung is deeply involved in public architecture, artistic creation and environmental conservation. For many years, he has published articles in newspapers and academic magazines. He has also written books on architecture and fine arts.
Architecture as well as research and development are closely linked with innovation and good management. This forum provides a very good opportunity for us to realize the significance of creativity in public architecture and management. The passion showed by Mr Fung on his work as well as his love for the city of Hong Kong have greatly impressed colleagues present in the forum.
