Second Online Quiz on Aeronautical Meteorology Completed Successfully
The second online quiz on aeronautical meteorology successfully concluded with more than 6,000 participants testing their knowledge in aviation weather through the online quiz. Of these, around 280 participants were able to answer all 12 questions correctly and were awarded a personalized electronic certificate signed by the Director of the Hong Kong Observatory, Dr B Y Lee. To further award the participants, those who had obtained the award certificates of BOTH the first and the second quizzes could also obtain a souvenir from the 14th Session of the Commission for Aeronautical Meteorology (CAeM-XIV). The second online quiz on aeronautical meteorology was held from 20 September to 20 December 2010. The purpose of the quiz is to promote knowledge on aeronautical meteorology.
