Talks on "Weather and Everyday Life"

(24 & 26 April 2010)


The Hong Kong Observatory will conduct talks on 'Weather and Everyday Life' to strengthen public preparedness for disasters.  Topics include the weather elements affecting everyday life as well as warnings operated by the Observatory.  The talk will be followed by a hands-on session with interactive web applications for monitoring weather systems and games to deepen public understanding of the subject.
